Thriving Autistic CLG is an Autistic‑led nonprofit founded in Dublin in 2020 by Tara O’Donnell‑Killen, supporting Autistic and neurodivergent people across the UK, Ireland and 19 countries worldwide. Believed to be the world’s first multidisciplinary organisation comprised entirely of Autistic and neurodivergent psychologists, therapists, coaches and practitioners. We deliver professional peer support, post‑identification programmes, neuro‑affirming resources, practitioner training and systemic advocacy. Services are designed to be accessible, low‑demand and inclusive of AAC users and non‑speaking Autistic people. Since 2020, Thriving Autistic has reached over 5,000 Autistic adults, shaped national disability policy and built global neurodivergent‑affirming practice through our sister organisation’s international practitioner directory.
