Tim Clare BA MSc PgDip is the Director of T-Junction Children’s Services, a group of children’s homes established in 2017. Drawing on his own twenty-year experience of living in care, Tim founded the organisation to provide therapeutic support for children who have experienced trauma, neglect, and complex needs. He has conducted research into the impact of the care system, published Beyond the System (2025), delivers training through Tim Clare Consultancy, and serves as a voluntary Board Director for the Children’s Home Association. Having once lived in a caravan in his foster carer’s back garden, Tim brings a unique perspective shaped by both lived experience and professional leadership.
