WomenCentre is a values‑led charity that has supported women and girls across Kirklees, Calderdale and Bradford for over 40 years. Working with more than 4,500 women annually, it delivers trauma‑informed, women‑centred services across its four pillars: prevention, intervention, recovery and empowerment. WomenCentre’s approach is rooted in partnership, co‑production and lived experience, ensuring women’s voices shape services, publications and community action. With strong female leadership at trustee and senior management level, the organisation provides counselling, one‑to‑one support, peer groups and diverse therapeutic activities, from music therapy to walking groups. WomenCentre’s vision is clear: women are free, safe and able to lead fulfilled, meaningful lives."
