4-22 Foundation is a UK social enterprise founded in January 2019 and based in Tottenham, Haringey. We deliver a holistic, integrated, and long-term support programme for young people aged 4 to 22, guiding them through every stage of their personal and professional development. Our primary focus is on those most vulnerable to disadvantage, including individuals from BAME backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ communities, refugees, care leavers, and other under-represented groups.
