My name is Aiden. I’m autistic, have a learning disability and live with cystic fibrosis. But none of these things define me — I define myself through action, advocacy, and ambition. I have committed my life to creating opportunities for people with learning disabilities, using my own lived experience to break down barriers and show what’s possible.
