Andi is a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equality, making a significant impact across multiple communities. As a dedicated parent, carer, and campaigner, Andi has collaborated with top brands and charities such as UNICEF, Amnesty International, Mobi Quip, Andrex, Stokke, Pro Plus, Ready Eddie Go!, Woburn Safari Park, Best Beginnings, and Moley, promoting inclusivity and positive representation.
Lead Advocate for the Modern Family Show, the UK’s largest family event, Andi works tirelessly to ensure LGBTQ+ and adoption families are visible and celebrated. Charity projects include working as an ambassador for The Anna Kennedy OBE Online Charity, The Autism Allotments alongside working with key SEND brands Born Anxious, and Mobi Quip, Andi raises awareness for families within the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) community, ensuring brands and organisations create truly inclusive spaces. Andi also uses his platform of 24K+ followers and a reach of over 100K—to educate and inspire parents, carers, and SEND advocates and create a supportive community.
Together with husband Darren, Andi has spent many year building a loving family, adopting two beautiful children aged six and four. Their daughter’s complex needs have further fueled Andi’s advocacy work, ensuring SEND families are represented in media and brand campaigns. As a SEND Link Governor at a nursery school, Andi ensures the institution delivers an inclusive and high-quality curriculum for children with special educational needs.
Recognised by families whom he has supported, Andi was nominated for Father of the Year in 2022 and is now shortlisted in three categories for the 2025 National Diversity Awards.
