Hi I’m Beth (with the blue hands)!
I have been chronically ill now for 20 years. I was always very anxious about speaking out about my conditions, out of fear no one would understand me.
Recently however, I have learnt the power of social media! I just started uploading videos one day, speaking out about my experience’s, hoping to feel less alone in my health journey. Suddenly loads of people within the community started reaching out and finally I was less alone. All it took was a few moments of bravery (and video making)!
I have made friends all over the globe, collaborated with charities and I am hoping to start my own up one day, to help young people suffering with invisible diseases like myself.
