We are COSMOS Wirral! the Community Of Send Mothers Obtaining Solutions.
We’re a small group of parents and carers of all backgrounds who have come together to obtain solutions in the SEND world on the Wirral.
Our main goals are to offer support and advice to other parent carers and taking the feedback we obtain from them through our events and drop ins and feed that back to the Local Authority, to over time obtain the solutions we all want and need for our children and young people.
We are beginning to run local groups for parents and carers to come together to support each other, share ideas of what has worked for them and feedback to the authorities above what matters to them.
Parents and carers are experts by experience in the systems designed to support and together we can find the solutions needed for the Wirral working in partnership to build and embrace co-production between all!
