As Vice Chair of FND Dimensions, she has led efforts to build a supportive community, providing resources and peer support for individuals who are often overlooked and misunderstood. Her work has empowered thousands and raised awareness for those living with FND.
Steph has worked relentlessly in both the charity sector and as a consultant, helping organisations create inclusive practices that benefit disabled people and create equality. She has driven real-world changes in healthcare, education, and business, ensuring accessibility and inclusion across various sectors and continues to do so.
