Hi my name is Emma and I live in North Wales with my husband Dan, daughter Belle and our black lab Bella!
I have lived with multiple hidden disabilities from the age of 10, all of which have had a huge impact on my daily life.
Whether it be my stage 4 Endometriosis, my hypertropic cardiomyopathy or in the latter part of my life gaining a stoma, I have always tried to face it with strength and courage and to show others that we took can still achieve goals that we put our minds too.
My health has thrown many hurdles my way, but I am incredibly passionate helping others with gaining strength into being able to advocate for themselves.
