Location: London
Eunice Obianagha is a dynamic leader in music, entertainment, and culture, with a rich background in project management, production, and advocacy. She is the Founder and Director of ENSPIRE Management, a consultancy that produces impactful projects across music, culture, and community sectors in both the UK and Nigeria.

Eunice gained an MBA in 2024 and has a career spanning just over twenty years, with notable roles including Senior Producer of the MOBO Awards where she has led the arena events on broadcasts across major platforms like BBC, ITV, and YouTube. Her portfolio includes large-scale productions across cities such as London, Glasgow, and Lagos, and brand collaborations through ENSPIRE including companies such as Pinterest, Ted Baker, and Pattern by Tracee Ellis Ross.

Her leadership extends to cultural advocacy and strategic development. She was the Festival Manager of Pentecost Festival and later Deputy Director of the wider charity, leading the festival to national expansion across 15 regions in the UK. In Nigeria, she helped launch the local version of ITV’s The Voice in her role as Project Management Lead and separately founded a nonprofit to support the country’s creative infrastructure, an effort impacted by the pandemic but reflective of her enduring commitment to the region.

In 2023, she became the first Head of Diversity at UK Music, spearheading initiatives across member bodies such as BPI, PPL, PRS for Music, and Musicians' Union. In 2024, she joined the Liverpool City Region’s Destination Partnership Board and has been working with the group to enhance its £5 billion visitor economy.

Eunice is also a passionate advocate for equity and emerging talent. She is Chairwoman of Small Green Shoots, an Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation focused on youth development, and she sits on the Board of Iluvlive, a platform nurturing Black music talent. She is a BRIT Awards Voting Academy member and a Power Up Fellow, now on its Executive Board, promoting equity in music for Black Senior Executives and Artists.

In 2024, Eunice was named to the Black in Events Top 100 Global List and the She.Said.So Alternative Power 100 List in 2021. Her career reflects a passion for driving change, championing underrepresented voices, and shaping a more inclusive creative industry.
