Express CIC

Express is an independent user led organisation based in the borough of Kingston upon Thames. Our aim is to support autistic young people and their families, and promote awareness, acceptance and understanding in the community.
Most of our team are neurodivergent and/or are carers which gives Express a unique insight. This ensures that we provide quality services and support, working only with qualified and regulated therapists and counsellors, many of whom are also neurodivergent.






In brief we offer:
Counselling for parent/carers
Counselling for autistic adults aged 16+
Connect Clubs for autistic young adults aged 16-19 and 19-25
Creative Therapy 1:1 & small groups for autistic young people aged 5+ including girls groups & teen groups
Creative Therapy Outreach for family and 1:1s
Drama Club for autistic young people aged 8+
Production & Film Club for autistic young people aged 16-25
BUDs pre-school group for autistic young people aged 3+

Peer support for parents / carers
