Her Game Too is a non-profit, voluntary organisation dedicated to tackling gender inclusivity, making sport more inclusive and welcoming space for women and girls.

Since its inception, Her Game Too has reinvested fundraising profits back into the grassroots football community, ensuring that girls’ teams have access to essential kit and equipment to keep them going. Recognising the challenges young female players face, the Her Game Too team have focused on removing barriers, making sure that financial constraints or lack of resources don’t prevent girls from playing the sport they love.

Her Game Too has successfully partnered with 80 professional football clubs across the UK, creating new opportunities for women and girls both on and off the pitch. A major milestone has been securing agreements for clubs to allow their affiliated women’s teams to play at their main stadiums on a regular basis, a step forward in raising the profile of the women’s game and ensuring that female players receive the same recognition and facilities as their male counterparts.

Beyond the professional game, Her Game Too remains deeply connected to the grassroots community. The campaign has worked with clubs to host dedicated fixtures celebrating women and girls in football, with a particular focus on championing grassroots girls' teams. These matches are designed to highlight female involvement at all levels - whether as players, coaches, referees, or supporters - ensuring that female contributions to football continues to grow in visibility and support.

One of the organisation's most impactful initiatives is the ‘First Time Fans’ programme. In collaboration with EA Sports, it's aimed at encouraging more women to attend football matches. By breaking down barriers and providing a welcoming environment for female supporters, this initiative is helping to change the culture of football, making it a more inclusive space.

Expanding beyond stadiums and grassroots teams, Her Game Too has also partnered with over 500 pubs across the UK, each making a pledge to show women’s sports whenever possible and ensuring that all staff are trained on how to act on sexism and misogyny. This initiative is not just about increasing visibility for women’s football but also about creating safer, more inclusive spaces for female sports fans, changing the culture of public venues that traditionally catered more to men’s sports.

Her Game Too's commitment to growing the women’s game and making football more inclusive has already had a profound impact, from grassroots teams to professional clubs and even the wider sporting community. Her Game Too continues to push boundaries, ensuring that the next generation of women and girls in football have more opportunities, better resources, and the recognition they deserve.
