Ian Eagleton

Ian is an award-winning author who specialises in writing LGBTQ+ inclusive children's books. His debut picture book, Nen and the Lonely Fisherman, has just received a coveted Kirkus Star and won the Polari Prize for Best Children's Book. The judges called the book 'important and radical'. Ian's other picture books also include The Woodcutter and the Snow Prince, Rory's Room of Rectangles, Violet's Tempest, and Millie's Big Decision. His debut middle grade book Glitter Boy deals with homophobic bullying and caught the attention of Mariah Carey, who called Ian 'an inspiration'.
