Lee Corless is a globally recognised leader in neurodiversity inclusion and an in-demand international speaker. As Head of Global Expansion, People & Culture at Rangam Consultants, he is dedicated to transforming workplace inclusion strategies and creating meaningful employment opportunities for neurodivergent and disabled individuals.
An autistic self-advocate, Lee is a driving force behind adapting workplaces to embrace diversity of thought, fostering environments where neurodivergent talent thrives. His expertise in implementing autism hiring programmes worldwide has made him a sought-after consultant to some of the world’s leading organisations. Notably, Lee built and scaled what became one of the most acclaimed Autism at Work programmes for the world’s largest financial institution—resulting in over 250 neurodivergent hires and driving sweeping global inclusion policy changes.
At Rangam, Lee leads the expansion of UK & Ireland operations, collaborating with organisations to enhance their inclusion, hiring, and retention strategies. His impact extends beyond Rangam through his voluntary role as National Employer Lead on the National Executive Committee at the British Association for Supported Employment (BASE). Since early 2023, he has championed BASE’s outreach, strengthening its knowledge-sharing and support initiatives with the corporate sector.
Passionate about fostering talent, Lee actively mentors neurodivergent job seekers, guiding them toward meaningful employment opportunities. His commitment to empowering the next generation is reflected in his long-standing support for Bath University’s BESSA programme, helping students navigate pathways to employment post-education.
Lee’s mission is clear: to create employment for all, where everyone is empowered to thrive.
