We are all born vessels of love and light—pure consciousness in human form. But as we grow, we are shaped by the world around us. Through subtle messages and inherited beliefs, we learn to form an identity, a version of ourselves that feels safe, accepted, and liked by society. This identity, often referred to as the ego, becomes a shield—a way to navigate the world, but also a filter that dims our truth.
For me, that ego was built around being small—physically, emotionally, energetically. I was conditioned to believe that being lovable meant shrinking myself. I thought I had to look a certain way, be a certain size, and prioritize everyone else’s needs above my own. That belief system led me into the fashion industry, a world where my external image became everything, and my internal world was quietly falling apart.
At 17, I was diagnosed with anorexia. The next four years of my life were shaped by hospital visits, therapy rooms, and attempts to piece myself back together. But true healing didn’t come from clinical environments alone—it began when I was finally given the gift of time. After stepping away from the fashion world and moving to Australia as an au pair, I experienced, for the first time, the space to ask: What do I actually want? Who am I beyond the roles and expectations?
That moment changed everything. I realised my passion wasn’t in clothing or campaigns—it was in healing. In understanding my own pain, I felt a deeper calling: to become a light for others on their path. It was no longer about perfection or performance, but about presence. About peeling back the layers to uncover the soul underneath.
Today, I’m a Self-Love & Mindset Coach, a Women’s Circle Facilitator, and the founder of Goddess Gatherings—a growing global community where I hold space for women to come home to their truth. My work is rooted in the belief that as we soften into love, as we reconnect to the divine feminine within, we ripple healing out into our relationships, our communities, and the world. The feminine has been deeply suppressed, but I believe her rising is the key to the collective shift we are all longing for.
I support people of all genders, but I am particularly passionate about the feminine essence within us all—because when she is nourished, the masculine is no longer forced to overcompensate. Harmony is restored, from the inside out.
Whether I’m guiding a sacred circle, supporting a client through deep inner work, or simply choosing to show up in the world with an open heart, I return daily to one sacred truth: love is the frequency that changes everything. And I am proud—beyond words—to now live in that space, after so many years ruled by fear.
