Male Allies UK is a social enterprise focused on supporting men in organisations to engage in inclusion, build the skills of allyship and play an active role in closing gender gaps. We see the impact of our work creating healthier and safer workplaces that are more inclusive and equitable.
We use the funds from our training, speaking and consulting to work with boys in schools, from listening to their lived experience to supporting them with healthy masculine expression, understanding their values, self-expression alongside critical thinking, online disinformation and misogyny.
We will be launching our "Voice of the Boy" report in Parliament later this year.
