Based in Essex, Sara is a Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Vice Chair of her workplace Disability and Carers Network, and a proud Purple Tuesday Ambassador. As a full-time powerchair user with a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy—Rigid Spine Syndrome—her lived experience fuels her drive to break barriers and create equitable opportunities for all.

With 16 years dedicated to diversity and inclusion, Sara has shaped policies, fostered inclusive workplace cultures, and elevated the voices of disabled individuals. Her commitment extends beyond professional settings—she is an advocate who understands that true inclusion is built through action.
