As the founder of Tania Gerard Digital UK, she delivers specialist training to companies, helping them build neuroinclusive workplaces that empower employees with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent traits.

A proud ADHD UK Ambassador, Tania works tirelessly to raise awareness and drive policy change. She has partnered with leading organisations, including Greene King, NHS, and Swim England, to ensure workplaces are designed for inclusion, accessibility, and success. Her expertise in accessible marketing helps businesses communicate in a way that genuinely engages neurodivergent audiences.

Beyond her training and consultancy, Tania is the host of the podcast ADHD Founders Unfiltered, where she shares real experiences of navigating life and entrepreneurship as a neurodivergent individual.
