Transparent presence CIC

Transparent Presence CIC is a transgender and non-binary support group in Cornwall founded in 2019 and our aim is to build confidence and well-being through bringing the community together to provide support and guidance. We specialise in supporting gender diverse people, their partners, parents and families, recognising that everyone has their own journey to take and deserves to have this validated.

Transparent Presence CIC run the following events and projects to support the gender diverse community of Cornwall:

- Adults social support group
- Transparent Youth Project (TYP), Children and parent/carers social support group
- Vocal Presence, an adult LGBTQ+ inclusive choir
- Vocal Youth Presence (VYPers), children's LGBTQ+ inclusive choir
- Vocal Mix live music events showcasing local LGBTQ+ performers
- Gender Diversity Awareness Training
- Ally Business Scheme, recognising LGBTQ+ inclusive spaces
- 'Living Truth Building Strength', creative wellbeing sessions, clothing exchange and coffee drop ins
- Advocacy for gender diverse people and families in the workplace and schools
- WINGS creative project and exhibitions
