Bex Harper is an award-winning inclusive coach and founder of Earth Coaching, supporting neurodivergent, chronically ill and LGBTQ+ individuals to build sustainable ways of living and working that genuinely fit their needs, identities and energy levels.
Through trauma-aware and affirming coaching, Bex creates psychologically-safe spaces where clients are supported to reduce burnout, improve self-advocacy and build more sustainable approaches to work and wellbeing. Earth Coaching intentionally embeds accessibility into all areas of practice, including flexible coaching formats designed to support neurodivergent and chronically ill clients.
In 2026, Bex received the FSB East of England Diversity & Inclusion Award in recognition of their work creating safer and more inclusive spaces for marginalised communities.
