Inclusive Exeter CIC is a community-led organisation based in Exeter, dedicated to reducing isolation, improving wellbeing, and bringing people from diverse backgrounds together. Founded during the COVID-19 pandemic through a grassroots food relief project, it has grown into a trusted community hub supporting people from ethnically diverse backgrounds, migrants, refugees, and wider communities across the city.
With a team shaped by lived experience, Inclusive Exeter delivers practical support through its Drop-In Service, helping individuals navigate housing, benefits, healthcare, and other essential services. Alongside this, it runs inclusive activities such as women’s yoga, badminton, and community events that create safe, welcoming spaces for connection, confidence-building, and cultural exchange.
Through partnerships with local groups and projects like The New Exonians documentary, Inclusive Exeter celebrates community stories, promotes understanding, and strengthens social cohesion, helping to build a more connected, inclusive, and welcoming Exeter for all.
