Mark Cusack is an author, educator and specialist coach supporting those with complex, fluid and undefined sexuality and gender.
Formally LGBTQ+ representative for the UK Civil Service, advocating for the rights of over half a million employees, Mark now runs the online platform @notdefining which provides support for those with less represented identities.
Mark is a twice internationally published author, a globally recognised name in the space of bi+ advocacy and has supported thousands of people to understand their identity and find confidence in who they are.
Mark has consulted with the NHS, EU, UK Government, major companies and charities, and lectures for trainee psychotherapists to become specialists in bisexuality, asexuality and non-binary identity.
An well respected name in the field of sexuality and gender, Mark has been officially endorsed by the top academics, and has hosted and given key note speeches at major LGBTQ+ conferences in the UK and Ireland, including Bi Pride UK and Bi Con.
Mark is also highly engaged in his local community in Liverpool where he has launched Liverpool’s first open drag show, creating community for new and less represented queer artists to showcase their talents.
His multi award winning alter ego Coco Fabulicious has performed all over the country, singing songs which bring awareness to the less represented parts of the LGBTQ+ community and showcasing non-binary AMAB drag king fabulousness.
Coco writes regularly for Liverpool Noise on topics such as queer body confidence, neuro divergence and sex positivity. His iconic costumes have been featured in major exhibitions and he has performed at Trans Day of Visibility, Liverpool Pride and much more.
Mark is a loving son, brother, uncle, partner and friend and loves music, reading and spending time with his gorgeous community.
