Nominee Profile

Location: London
Matthew CT Fuller is an ICF accredited coach, speaker, and facilitator working at the intersection of LGBTQIA+ advocacy, wellbeing, and addiction recovery. Grounded in cognitive-behavioural and neuroscience-informed practice, he specialises in recovery, professional development, and behaviour change that actually sticks.
His work spans grassroots queer charities and global corporations. He has delivered allyship workshops for multinationals, facilitated wellbeing sessions for community organisations, and spoken on panels at the University of Toronto and Roehampton University. His podcast appearances cover safeguarding, addiction, and coaching, always blending depth with humour.
Matthew is a Pride 365 Community Hero, a Gaydio Pride Award nominee, and a member of the We Create Space Collective, where he won the Community & Grassroots Activism Award. He has contributed to ERGs, coaching panels, and university stages, translating lived experience into practical tools for individuals and organisations alike.
Over the years, he has volunteered hundreds of hours across three charities, building queer community capacity and supporting people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. His advocacy treats LGBTQIA+ inclusion, wellbeing, and recovery not as buzzwords but as urgent societal needs and he holds both individuals and institutions accountable for meeting them.
His guiding belief: even when someone forgets their potential, it is still there waiting to be reclaimed. That conviction runs through every workshop, conversation, and hour of volunteer work he gives. As an LGBTQIA+ role model, Matthew doesn’t just represent the community, he actively aims to expand what’s possible within it.
