I am the founder of Flourish With Neurodiversity, a neurodivergent-led business created from both lived experience and a clear vision to provide meaningful, accessible support for neurodivergent individuals, children, families and organisations. I recognised a significant gap in services that were truly strengths-based, practical and inclusive, and I built my business to meet that need.
Through determination, innovation and a deep commitment to community impact, I have developed a sustainable and growing business that delivers coaching, training and guidance focused on neurodiversity awareness, empowerment and inclusion. My work supports individuals navigating education, employment and everyday life, while also helping schools, workplaces and professionals better understand how to create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.

I have transformed personal challenges into a professional purpose, turning lived experience into a viable enterprise that not only supports others but also contributes to wider social change.
