Recognising the growing mental health challenges facing people today, The Girls Club Life CIC delivers targeted programmes, workshops, and peer support initiatives that centre on emotional wellbeing, confidence-building, and self-expression. Through honest conversations and accessible support, the organisation helps break down stigma around mental health and empowers participants to prioritise their wellbeing without fear or judgement.

Founded by Jess, she used her lived experience in mental health and wellbeing to understand the gaps we have today turning her passion into a community built business has proved the need for a support network for women only.
