CLIP – Community Led Inclusion Partnership, is a community organisation dedicated to creating inclusive, supportive, and accessible opportunities for disabled people, individuals living with long-term health conditions, and their families.

Founded with the belief that everyone deserves to feel valued, connected, and included within their community, CLIP works to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and empower people through accessible projects, peer support, wellbeing programmes, community engagement, and inclusive activities.

CLIP delivers a wide range of initiatives focused on improving physical and mental wellbeing, building confidence, reducing barriers, and creating safe spaces where people can connect, learn new skills, and thrive at their own pace. From accessible wellbeing programmes and peer support to community allotment projects designed with accessibility at their heart, CLIP is passionate about ensuring inclusion is not an afterthought but the foundation of everything they do.

Driven by lived experience, compassion, and community collaboration, CLIP continues to make a meaningful difference by helping people feel heard, supported, and empowered to participate fully within their communities.
