Victoria Bagnall is a neurodivergent educator, speaker, and entrepreneur who has pioneered the application of executive function and neuroinclusive practice in education and beyond.
As co-founder of Connections in Mind, a UK-based Community Interest Company, Victoria has spent over a decade transforming how schools, organisations, and communities understand human development. Her work bridges neuroscience, education, and coaching to create environments where more people can thrive.
Victoria has trained thousands of educators, clinicians, and leaders, working with organisations including the NHS, Ernst & Young, and the University of California, Berkeley. Her approach challenges traditional deficit-based models, instead promoting a neuroaffirmative, human-centred understanding of behaviour, learning, and performance.
Alongside her work in training and coaching, Victoria is the founder of International Executive Function Coaching Certification (IEFCC.org), a global professional body raising standards in the field.
Her work is driven by a clear mission: to move society away from narrow definitions of “normal” and towards systems that recognise and support the full range of human diversity.
