W&E Pride, widely known as Windsor and Eton Pride, is a grassroots, volunteer led charitable organisation dedicated to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion for the public benefit, with a particular focus on eliminating discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
Established to meet a clear local need, the organisation creates platforms that enable LGBTQIA+ people and allies to celebrate our shared humanity and allow everyone to feel welcome, visible and safe in their own community.
Formally constituted as W & E Pride Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) in November 2024 (Charity Registration Number 1210825), W&E Pride is rooted in values of dignity, belonging, education and community empowerment.
Central to W&E Pride’s mission is platforming underrepresented voices. In 2025 the organisation worked with local charities, youth groups and creative partners, including Notice Productions, to give young people and marginalised communities meaningful visibility and access to support.
