Paul Modley is a senior talent and DEIB leader with over 30 years’ experience shaping inclusive workforce strategies across global organisations. He is Managing Director, DEIB at Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), where he leads the global DEIB Centre of Excellence.

Previously, Paul was Head of Recruitment for the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games & Paralympic Games, delivering a diverse workforce for London 2012. He was awarded a British Empire Medal in 2013. Paul also founded the Social Mobility Leaders’ Forum, now comprising 130+ organisations driving systemic progress in social mobility.
