Sarbjit is a passionate advocate for inclusion and equity, with over 15 years of experience in creating people-first cultures within global businesses. She firmly believes that everyone, regardless of their background, should feel empowered to come as they are and pursue what they love.

Her career has been dedicated to building environments, both at work and in the wider community, where diverse voices are heard, celebrated and given the platform to make meaningful change. Whether designing long-term DE&I strategies, creating employee resource groups, or leveraging insights to ensure fairness and opportunity, Sarbjit has always focused on transforming good intentions into real impact. She has also led initiatives that open doors for underrepresented groups, including a recent apprenticeship programme in which all participants achieved excellent results, and supported the Ad Unlock programme, which inspired young people to consider advertising as a future career.

Outside of work, Sarbjit is deeply committed to education and expanding opportunities. As Co-Chair of the Board of Governors at a school in Hertfordshire and as a supporter in establishing a girls’ school in India, she’s helped to create spaces where individuals can share their stories, develop their talents and become the change-makers of tomorrow.

As a judge for the National Diversity Awards, Sarbjit takes pride in celebrating those who challenge the status quo, amplify underrepresented voices, and make a difference in their communities. She understands the power of diverse perspectives and is dedicated to using her platform to ensure that change-makers are seen, heard, and supported.
