I’m Zara Beth, a Content Creator, Writer and Disability Advocate from the UK 👋🏻
I spend most of my time, raising awareness for both my neurological conditions (Tourette’s syndrome and functional neurological disorder) and also for autism! ⭐️💭
I’ve spent the past four years advocating online for my own experiences, sharing my journey and my day-to-day life, whilst simultaneously sharing the facts about conditions and educating many people on the reality of living as a disabled and chronically ill person 🧠
My content has grown over the years, and I feel really privileged and grateful for the community I have around me. I have found my biggest passion in life through creating videos and sharing advocacy so the fact it helps so many of you really makes my heart feel full 🥹💓
