Avast fight for a safe, open, and fair digital world for everyone. They are a global cybersecurity company whose aim is to increase the percentage and sense of belonging of underrepresented talents in Avast and cybersecurity in general. Through international non-profit partnerships, a people-processes redesign to mitigate biases, awareness campaigns, inclusive leadership, allyship training, and unique programs for parents, the representation of women working in technology within Avast grew by 2,3% just in 2021, and women executive leadership up to 36%. They embrace diversity and inclusion through personnel, with more than 60 nationalities currently working at Avast, aged 20-70 years old. Avast is building awareness and accountability internally and externally, as well as driving impactful projects supporting women in technology, parents at Avast, the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals with ASD.
